What is Fat Chancla about?
The idea comes from moments when I'm running around the Bay Area puting my chanclas to use, and I come accross something that I think other Latinos would like to know about. So, when I find a chupa-dedos bocadito, or the banda that make me go hmm, it will be posted here. You know why chicholinos? Because, SHARING IS CARING. (Y que no se les olvide.)
I am enlisting some local friends to contribute postings, para que haiga variedad y no se aburan conmigo. Over time, I would like to make it so community members can too. But I have to figure out the best way to do that. Por ahora, I'll start to write a new entry. Feel free to add your comments. No mas no me la mientan, porque les llamo a sus mamis. ; )
So what is a Fat Chancla? Antes de que pierdan la paciencia les voy a decir que es un chancla gorda.
English: A Fat Chacla is an old shoe whose heel has been squished from use.
Spanish: Un zapato viejo cuyo talón está ya caído y aplastado por tanto uso.
